How should i set up these fans

You can either have the cooler fan blowing up to exhaust or to the rear to exhaust, your choice. The TX-3 can be positioned either way thanks to the slotted base. You won't see any major difference either way. The warm air will exit easily.
The only possible issue that might occur with have 2 x 120mm exhaust fans that close to the cooler's intake fan, is that the 120s may overpower the TX-3's fan and cause it to lose air flow. As a result, I would probably have the TX-3 blow up towards the 2 x 120mm fans.

Or forgo the added exhaust fans.

so have the 2 front intake fans 2 top exhaust and 1 rear exhaust and have the tx3 point towards the front

Pointing? The fan blows into/through the heat sink. When I say mount it so the fan blows upward towards the top exhaust fans, that would put the fan under the heatsink, blowing through it, and out into the top exhaust fans. Capisce?
