Sorry for such dumb question. But i found one article whitch im into. And i need darkbreeze help. How should i contact him.

Solution
Because the thermal interface material, either a "pad" or paste, that was applied between the GPU/CPU and it's heatsink, dries out over time and either stops working as well to transfer heat to the heat sink or stops working at all, if a gap is formed by the TIM drying out and shrinking to the point where the heatsink no longer touches the surface of the die surface.

Also, electronics wear out. Most laptops don't last even five years much less nine or ten like yours. When you factor in that it's a very low end GPU to start with, so it comes with minimal cooling capability, plus you use it for gaming, not surprising at all really.

Still, it could simply be a software issue, like a driver, but it's doubtful.

Problem is that whanever i use firefox (youtube) or play some games i get my screen frozen. I can still hear sound but nothing more. I really need help with that and if you could help me i would be super happy about it. Can you offer me what should i do first?

I have update on my problem. Whanever i instal nvidia drivers my computer freezes in some operations like youtube or games. I have nvidia geforce GT 130M CUDA 1GB. But i still dont know what to do. Any advices?

You mean GT 730m? Have you done a clean driver installation, as outlined here:

If so and it did not help, then you might want to do a clean install of the operating system followed by a clean install of the GPU card drivers. Also, knowing your exact laptop model number and sub model number if there is one, or your service tag number, would be helpful.

Would also help to know what version of Windows you are running?

No no. I said right its nvidia geforce GT 130M CUDA. I have acer aspire 5739G. But i didint get it. What code do you need SNID? By the way i tried several OS like windows 10 and windows 7 ultimate and home premium. Nothing helps. I reinstaled my OS several times but problem always ocure when i instal gpu drivers. It's realy grind my gears.

Try doing a clean install of Windows 10 but don't install the latest Nvidia drivers. That's a 9 year old platform/GPU and I really doubt it's going to run right on the current crop of Nvidia drivers. I'd try it with just the Windows supplied drivers, which should be more than acceptable for that GPU anyhow. Honestly though, considering it's age and how prone to thermal issues laptops are, especially back then, I wouldn't be surprised at all if you simply have a damaged GPU that nothing is going to help. Might be a good idea to get the dust blown out of all the fan ducts and openings though. Have you monitored the thermal readings to see if the CPU or GPU are actually overheating?

I'd guess they probably are. Even if they are not, it's going to be a tough sell trying to sort that out. Not too sure I can really be of much help on that other than to try and get the dust of the heatsinks inside by blowing it out, trying it with only the windows 10 native drivers OR doing a clean install using the DDU to remove all the previous drivers and then trying one of the older GT 130m drivers from the Nvidia website.

You could also try a clean install of them using this method, but with the latest drivers. Surely it's either a thermally damaged GPU or a driver issue.

I see. I have speedfan program to check on my heat. Its bearly on 50C, well ok it goes up to 60C but only when im using it for games. Tough question why he can overheat on such thing like Youtube. I have cooling pad under my pc. I think it should help. My pc cleaned up like a baby's bottom and thermal paste is changed. You may or may not be corret about that my pc is old and demaged. I did clean install on gpu drivers. It seems that pc is not freezing at the time. Still not sure. Well for further information i tried play that old good game Dungeon Siege I on windows 7. I have question it gives me errors that "OS is not compatible with the game" and etc. Can it give my pc crash/freeze?

Thanks alot. This info for me (dummy) is really usefull. But i have one last question. Soooo many people talking about pc overclocking. What that overclocking means? Can you tell me in normal language couse im not the IT specialist. And can it affect my pc?

Overclocking is increasing the frequency that the CPU operates at above the "stock" frequency, by adjusting the CPU multiplier and/or the voltage applied to the CPU. You really don't want to overclock a laptop's cpu, because of the difficulty cooling a laptop's cpu. On desktop PCs, people who overclock generally buy aftermarket cpu coolers, or even liquid cooling setups to achieve higher frequencies while being able to dissipate the extra heat generated by the overclock.

Edit: In all likelihood, your laptop's CPU is "locked", meaning that you cannot adjust any of it's settings.
