If your primary use is gaming, spend any extra money on a better video card. If you plan on overclocking, consider a better cooler than the one provided with the CPU, otherwise it is fine.

I would say Asus M5A97 R2.0 will be a better board than your chosen one.

A GTX 760 will be better in performance.

And lastly HX or TX series is better than CX series of PSU's.
