[SOLVED] How should i update my 2080 rtx ti drivers AND my MSI MEG X399 CREATION chipset drivers?

I've never updated chipset/nvidia drivers before on a build i created. I'm new to this and need some help with a few questions.

1. Where should i download my chipset drivers from, amd or msi's website? as i understand it, amd should be the most current, whereas msi will have drivers related to my mobo like audio drivers, ect.

2. do i need to uninstall chipset drivers before installing new ones? I planned on using ddu for my gpu drivers (installing the studio version of drivers is my reason for updating at all), but i read that ddu can uninstall amd chipset drivers as well. Will ddu uninstall everything amd, or should i avoid this and just install the nvidia drivers manually through device manager. If updating the chipset drivers is recommended I'd like to do it, if not just for the experience. I'm not sure what happens after running ddu, if i should install my chipset drivers first, then my nividia ones, or if the order is necessary at all.
Frankly I'm amazed I got this build completed and working as well as it does. I'd hate to screw things up, but I need to learn the basic machine maintenance stuff lol.

3. Should windows update be current before updating chipset drivers?

4. Maybe a dumb question. Do i need to run ddu for both of my 2080 rtx ti cards, or do i only need to do it once?

Any help, or a basic procedural rundown would be appreciated.

Solution
1. Download the latest from https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHAWK#down-driver&Win10 64

2. Don't need to uninstall drivers to update them, it should be part of the wizard that installs new ones.

DDU asks which drivers you want to remove, so if you are only removing Nvidia drivers, it shouldn't touch the AMD chipset drivers.

3. Its probably a good idea. Some drivers require specific versions or higher to run.

4. You only have 1 set of drivers for both cards :)
