How should I upgrade my Asus M32 Series?

I am only 14 at the moment, however, my birthday is coming up. I use my computer for games very often and I am wondering what upgrades I should save up for. Here are the specs:

Processor: AMD A10-7800
Memory: DDR3 8GB
Graphics: Integrated but the system says they are Radeon R7
Storage: HDD 1 TB

My family has a very low income (less than 1k a month), so I am looking for parts I can save up for but will be worth the wait. I mainly just want to be able to run Fortnite better (I run it at 20-30 fps when settings are set to low). Any feedback is helpful!

You're most performance-gaining upgrade first off would be a discrete gfx card. The GTX 1050 Ti would be ideal, assuming the PSU is at least 300W.
