How should I upgrade my computer?

Hello! So I want to start playing newer games (FC4, BF4, etc.) w/ decent fps.
I have saving up some time now and have a budget around 240$ (220€).
I've done some research, but I'm kind of a noob at PC building and not really sure what should I start upgrading first. My current PC specs are as follows:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU (APU): AMD A10-7800
GPU: None (Using A10-s built in Radeon R7 Graphics)
RAM: 2X 4GB HyperX FURY DDR3 Memory @1866 MHz
MOBO: ASUS A88XM-E
HDD: 1 TB WESTERN BLUE
PSU: Corsair VS450 (450W)

I've thought about getting good dedicated graphic card, but will my APU bottleneck it then? I have read that they aren't really good at doing CPU work. Plus I don't have that big PSU to power some really awsome GPU.
I can maybe get my brother's old gpu (R7 260X), it has overheating issues, but it should have 1 year of warranty left, maybe I can get it fixed. Or if I can't, my friend will be upgrading his computer this month and I can ask for his GTX 650 (not sure what vram it has/firm it is).

Playing on 1440x900, sometimes seldom hook my PC up with TV and play at 1920x1080

So yeah, any suggestions on how should I upgrade my PC? are welcome and appreciated!

Cheers!

If I spelled something wrong, English isn't my mother language and I'm still learning it!

You are near the top of the CPU food chain (so to speak) with that FM2+ socketed motherboard. Upgrading to something like the Athlon x4 860K will only make a tiny difference in processing speed. So, if you plan on keeping that platform, you will need to install a discrete card. Your 450W Corsair will allow you to run the R7-260X if you decide to go that route. There will be quite a bit of improvement with that card.

Here is the US, $240 will buy you more card than your processor can keep up with. I'd suggest a GTX 960 for the max performance with that processor and your 450W PSU. The gaming difference will be night and day over what you have now.

Thanks for your quick answers!
I thought maybe I should upgrade my PSU and get R9 380, I've read it's better than GTX 960 and where I live, both are exact same price. Just have to save a little bit more. Maybe even try to sell that R7 260X if it will be fixed.
Plus the PSU upgrade would make me more future proof.
I think maybe next year I will upgrade my mobo/CPU to Intel, but at the moment would the PSU upgrade/R9 380 idea be better than GTX graphic card?
