will somebody with a lot of knowledge tell me how to upgrade my computer please?
i recently upgraded my graphics card to a Geforce Gtx 1060 Windforce Oc 6g, but some games still lag on their highest settings.
the motherboard is:
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8Z77-V LK (https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LK/)

the processor is:
intel core i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40 GHz
8gb
64 bit OS
Windows 10

my price range is up to $140
thanks!

Yes, whenever replacing a GPU you should do the following:

Uninstall the drivers, run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), install the latest driver from Nvidia.
This is especially important if you changed from AMD to nVidia, in which case you will need to run DDU twice = once for each AMD and nVidia.

Upgrading the BIOS is delicate work and should only be done if needed. Get the drivers right and then we can see if it might be necessary.

For the PSU, there should be a label on the side of it, the PSU is easy to spot as it has a bunch of cables coming out of the back. It will likely be at the top but many cases have them installed on the bottom.
