You need to save up a bit more as the next parts to be replaced is the CPU/MB/Memory.

Ideally you'd want the 1600/2600 over the 1200 but this would still be quite a substantial upgrade.

Although if you can wait a few months Ryzen 3rd gen should be out and will more then likely drop the prices on first/second gen CPU's & possibly the motherboards.

If you live near a Microcenter you may be able to find a Ryzen 1600 for $80 which would be much better then the 1200 I posted above and would be just over your budget.
