Question How should I wipe a D: drive?

I google how to wipe a drive but 99% of them are for the C: drive with windows on it and etc, how would I go around wiping a D: drive? Would it be as simple as just right clicking on it and formatting it?

Just want all the files off it.

If you just want a simple, easy clean then yes right click+format would do the trick well enough.

Windows HD=NTFS.
Flash other removable=FAT32 is usually the most universally compatible.
