How silent does a open-back headphone Need?

The loudest sound come from my computer around 60 db when I play 3A titles game. There are also sounds like car driving, water pipe noise and air-conditioning noise, but not very often. So is a open-back headphone good for me?

60 db is quite the background noise... What headphones where you looking into... Can recommend the Beyerdynamic DT770 80 ohms if you got an dedicated unit to run it.. SOundcard or DAC.
