Question How so do I build this computer...

I’m a total noob I bought an ASrock B450M pro4-F a Ryzen 3 3200G some Patriot Viper Steel 2x8 16GB 3600mhz RAM and I have an XFX 590 GPU 750w PSU but and I cant get the thing to POST I’m not sure if its the RAM or what but the case speaker isnt working and I havent been able to figure anything out as much as I troubleshoot

Firstly have you verified that at least BIOS P1.40 has been installed on that board? It won't work with a 3200G without that BIOS. Even if it says Ryzen Ready on the front, I'd check, there are plenty of times where this still doesn't mean the BIOS has been updated.

I got it from ASrock and its printed in the BIOs chip
