There were a few recent ones, Planetside 2 has it now, only other games i can remember right now are Hawken and the Batman games. Rest of them use Havok.
BF4 looked like it used physx, but then they were running it on a 7990 apparently, so maybe not.

Fair point, though it sort of divides the community...but oh well.
Though they've liscensed it for the PS4, which runs AMD, so i wonder if future Radeons will be allowed to support it?
