Question How tight should the Wraith Prism heat sink be?

I just put together my new build for 2020 using a Ryzen 7 2700X CPU on an ASUS TUF X570 Plus Gaming motherboard.
When I was installing the cooler I had to push the black lever quite firmly to rotate it to the correct position to tighten the heat sink to the CPU.
Is that normal?
I don't remember what it was like for the heatsink/cooler 5 years ago for my FX-8350.
It's running nice and cool (idles at around 30-35° C)

If it's keeping the CPU cool it's good.

There shouldn't be anyway to over tighten it as it is a cam lever and the tightness is predetermined.

Thanks guys. Didn't want to break it on the first day.
Matched with G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200 MHz RAM (16-18-18-38) running rock stable.
Correction - idles at 27° C.
