How to access bios through USB keyboard

I've done a quick search for this problem and one recommended to disable fast boot, didnt work.
My question is: how do i enable my usb keyboard to power on before windows starts so that i can access the BIOS menu.

Ah, I had this.
Now, it might be a completely different solution from yours though.

My keyboard in the top 2 USB slots of my motherboard allows me to access my BIOS through repeated pressing of delete (I think).
My keyboard in any of the other 6? USB slots of my motherboard starts responding sometime past the windows screen.

Make sure to connect your keyboard directly to the motherboard's USB and not to the case. Then press whatever key to get into BIOS sometimes DEL, sometimes F11, sometimes F7, or wtver. If the keyboard doesn't power on to let you go into BIOS try another keyboard.
