how to access BIOS with no rebooting?

First day with my amazing build and awesome Z87X-UD4H.. and its awesome BIOS.
How can I open it without restarting the computer.. just at any time?

Some of the newer motherboards and BIOS versions have the ability to access some parts of BIOS functionality from within Windows.

But overall, the BIOS is just that - Basic Input/Output System. It handles the very basic operations, before the OS loads up and takes over.

Then, how can I know CPU temperature while PC is in use? I can't without rebooting and entering BIOS?
