How to access USB drive on AP router from pc on main router?

#1 Modem/Router - 192.168.0.1
#2 TPLINK Router - 192.168.0.2 AP 'repeater'

#3 Main LAN Desktop connect to #1
#4 USB Drive connect to #2 .

I am unable to connect or map to #4 router from #3 main pc.

From wireless via phone (ES file manager app) I could connect to #4 USB Drive from either #1 or #2 WIFI Access and any shared folder from #3 PC.
 
If #3 is running windows 10 and #4 is using SAMBA to do the shares, then yes, you will have a problem. Microsoft "fixed" an SMB exploit by breaking it.

I bet you can still ping #4 from #3 (if you can't, then we have something else going on) and hopefully you can use the IP address to access #4.
