How to acess the control panel for cpu?

Hello, i need to know how i can change my cpu settings.Like when you buy a computer and it has intel inside, you can often acess its control panel and monitior graphics. how do i do that for mine? My pc specs are here >>>>>>http://pcpartpicker.com/p/p9YcLk

You'd change CPU settings in the BIOS, usually to access the BIOS you need to hold down a certain key as the computer is booting up (usually it's the Delete key, but sometimes it's F1.)

You can't monitor your graphics in the BIOS though, you need another piece of software to monitor your GPU.
