Hello guys. How do I get possitive pressure in my case so I can keep off dust?

My micro atx case only allows 2 120mm fans, one as intake and one as outtake.

Lowering the outtake's rpms will make me have possitive air pressure?
(I mean enough to prevent air entering from the big number of ventilations in the case)

Is it worth buying a high rpm/cfm fan and replace the intake one?
I really need to keep it as cheap as possible.

It is an htpc so I don't really care about temps (unless it gets dangerous or shortens life of a component).
All i care about is to keep dust away, I will give the pc as a gift, I won't be able to open up and clean it(this person wont open it or clean it). Plus, it's annoying to clean dust

Solution
Just use Speedfan or the BIOS to tune the fans, so the intake fan run at a higher RPM than the outtake fan :) If it makes too much noise or if you would like to have lower temps, upgrade your fan down the road.
