How to activate pre-wired Cat5e solution (pics included)

My house is pre-wired as far as I can tell. I found the control box in a closet. I'm not sure what I need to do to get the whole-house pre-wired network to function. We have cable internet and a Netgear AC1900 wireless router. I've read other threads, but the pics didn't look like what I have. Mine has a bunch of coax cables and cat5 without adapter/clip ends. Thanks for any help.

Solution
Ok. Just a wild guess here, but I would think that the blue Ethernet cable, connected to the Line-In port (lower-right of the switch) would provide network and Internet access to the other 11 ports there. The other end for that Line-In cable needs to be the modem/router for your ISP (whether leased or self-owned).

Now here is where the guess work comes in.

I would think that the black coaxial cable is the cable/Internet source from outside your home. This cable should connect to a coaxial splitter. Something like this:

One of the splitter outputs would go to the input of your coaxial switch and that gets cable TV to all the other coax outputs throughout...

The other splitter output would go to the cable modem. The cable modem then outputs an Ethernet line to the Line-In port on the Ethernet switch. That provides computer networking and Internet each each Ethernet port throughout the home.

Solution
Thanks for the insight. I think I get the gist of how it works, now. I just need to do some step-by-step trials to see how I can get the network to light up. Thanks!

Hah, definitely. I've got outlets with 2 ethernet ports in the office and in the kitchen. I'm thinking maybe one of those connects to the line-in on the switch and if I can get the modem and router hooked up to it maybe everything will work. Surely, it'll be that easy. :)
