How to add a HDD to BIOS

I've just built a pc and I have an SSD in wich I installed Windows 10, and I also have a 1Tb HDD but it doesn't show on "My Computer".
Do I have to enable it in the BIOS ? If yes how do I do it?
My MoBO is a H97 Gaming 3.

You need to use Windows Disk Management to partition it if it is a brand new drive.

Does it appear in Disk Management? Probably, yes.
In the bottom portion of that window, Right click on that drive.
What options does it give you?
