Recently, I have tried to add some free space to my C drive by right clicking this C drive to highlight "Extend" option. However, this option is unexpectedly grayed out and unworkable. But, There is only 209MB free space left. So, do you know how I can add enough free space to my drive? Help me, please!

Solution
You can't just extend free space on a drive that has only a certain amount left. It doesn't come from free air, it has to be created by removing/compressing other files on that drive. The only way to create free space otherwise would be by resizing partitions already present on that drive.
Do a disk cleanup and pick all the options that may work out for you from that process.

Solution
Some things you might consider doing are:
1) Run disk cleanup
2) Use something like CCleaner to wipe the drive's free space (there is an option to Wipe MFT free space) and wipe temporary Internet files
3) Delete old restore points
4) Turn off Hibernation
