How to Adjust Memory Settings

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to ask that my pc goes bluescreen when i turn it on. I think I have to adjust the ram, my ram is g.skill f3-12800cl9 4gbx2 and my motherboard is MSI B75MA-E33. when i turn the XMP still nothings happen. can anyone here knows how to fix it? Thanks... I really needed help here.

did you change the controller settings from IDE to AHCI or vice versa?
