Question How to adjust my XMP profile to fit my cpu temp?

i7 8700 non k
arctic freezer xtreme
z390 tuf gaming pro
corsair 2x8gb c15 3000mhz
GTX 1080

When I run stress test\gaming without XMP so my rams run on 2133mhz . i got normal cpu temp not over 72 on full load.

Before bios update, when i was turning on XMP the pc was freezing .
After latest bios update, I have no freeze at all. but my temp goes high 95 ~ 100

so i think i have two solutions : (1) buying new cooler

(2) try to adjust my XMP to fit the CPU temp.

but I dont know how to do it . Any help to adjust XMP profile ?

Regarding your problem. What case fans do you have and how are they arranged?
