How to allocate data

Could you please help me how can i distribute/ allocate data to each of device / users connected to my TP Link wifi router model TL-MR3420. For example I have 50 GB data and I want it to distribute among 5 users, what should i do

Purchase a proffessional router (not consumer) and set up limiters etc.
