How to allow automated uninstall of downloaded applications in a cafe?

When I download a new application,it installs at that time and runs perfectly.But,In the next startup of pc.These new applications show should not be in the pc.What should I do to make this happen?

In an Internet cafe? If so get you own computer. They would not allow anyone just to download stuff and install at will. Must have some form of auto cleanup.

Huh????.They will allow at that time.But the next time when restarts,The downloaded or new applications are gone!!!!.How???

What sort of program not that it matters. If people just download stuff and it never got un-installed, don't you think it become a problem. Probably creates a new profile on re-boot.
