how to back bios to a usb flash drive

had a question regarding motherboard bios.

I want to know how to back up files to flash drive in case I had to restore it if the system is unable to boot up.

I contact the motherboard tech support but they can't help me.

also, I want to know how to format the usb hard drive so it I can boot up to restore bios?

Easiest way would be to download the BIOS image from the manufacturer's website.

Procedure to restore BIOS will vary depending on the manufacturer, such information should be in the mobo's manual.
