How to back up the firmware in Samsung's printers?

like in topic - how to back up the firmware in Samsung's printers?

If Samsung has a utility for that, you can do it. Many enterprise management programs from pritner vendors allow you to save firmware and sent it out to different pritners over the network. Check on their support site.

Samsung does not have such software. Therefore I would like to know which program to use to back up the firmware.

You can't, needs to be specific to the printer vendor.

I have contacted customer support on this. I received a reply that the service is only possible installation of firmware and determines the change.
