Could someone recommend some freeware that I could use to make backup CDs of my software disks like Microsoft Office, XP Windows, OmniPage and the like?
I've got quite a lot of software now and I know that CDs don't last forever. I've had to use my Microsoft Windows XP Professional CD to reinstall windows quite a few times now when hard drives have failed or I've gotten a new PC. I'm afraid that sometime I'm going to get an error message saying that part of the CD is unreadable.
For peace of mind I'd like to have a backup of the CD.
So if anyone could recommend a reliable CD freeware cloning software program, I'd be very grateful.
