[SOLVED] how to backup windows 10 files, apps and settings

what's the best way to backup apps and setting before installing a new windows (windows upgrading with keeping files not working for some reason)



so is there a backup software or i copy specific folders in C ?

This is a good guide on what to look for. I would ask you to take some time off your schedule and see what other folders/files might warrant a backup(copy) in case you forgot something precious.
