Question How to be rid of the banner in settings?

I have noted with two recent Windows 10 (Pro) installs that there is now a banner of sorts across the top of the "settings" window that opens on the start menu gear.
It has the signed in user name, an icon for what setting you have been using regularly, and a rewards icon. The other settings such as system, devices, phone (and so forth) are below that.

How do I get rid of the banner?

Why do you think, that's even possible?

Well, I don't know that it is and why I am asking.

I have three other computers in the house which are actually updated farther than the two I just built and don't have it. I used the same installer that I have previously used on one of the two and allowed it to update to (almost) current. The banner seemed to appear in 19xx update and figured there might be a toggle to click....

Thanks for the relevant reply. I would call myself among "the divided", as that reply put it in your link.
I don't especially like it.

But I am absolutely NOT motivated enough to try some off the reservation 3rd party junk.
Which may or may not work, or it may come back anyway, in the next iteration.

If enough people make waves, it will probably go away at some point.
