In Windows 10, you will find an advanced set of personalization, display, security and storage features. Along with these features, you are provided with an interactive user interface with easy navigation options. Cookies are data that are sent from the websites you visit which get stored on regular intervals in your system. You might want to block cookies and remove the cookie data that is already stored to make your system fast and secure. The Google Chrome web browser is considered for example. Here is how you block all cookies from your browser in your Windows 10 system.

Step 1
Click the ‘Search bar’

Foremost, click the ‘Search bar’ . The search bar enables you to instantly locate the software, applications, control options and settings that are available in your Windows 10 system.



Step 2
Type ‘Google Chrome’ in the search bar and click the ‘Google Chrome’

Now, as shown in the below pic, Type ‘Google Chrome’ to locate the web browser. From the search suggestions, click the ‘Google Chrome’ option as shown below to open the web browser



Step 3
Click ‘Customize and Control Google Chrome’ option

At the right corner of the ‘Google Chrome’ browser window, click ‘Customize and Control Google Chrome’ option. This is denoted by three vertical dots as marked in the below pic.




Step 4
Click ‘Settings’ option

As shown in the image below, you will find options like new tab, new window, history, downloads, bookmarks, settings, help, etc. Here click the ‘Settings’ option to view all the settings of the Google Chrome web browser



Step 5
Click ‘Advanced’ option

On the left side of Google Chrome’s settings, click the ‘Advanced’
option as shown below to view all the advanced settings with regard to the web browser



Step 6
Click ‘Privacy and Security’ option

Options like languages, privacy & security, downloads, printing, accessibility, etc. will be found when you click the ‘Advanced Setting’ option. Here, click the ‘Privacy and Security’ option to view the privacy and security related settings.



Step 7
Select the ‘Site Settings’ option

Now, scroll down through the ‘Privacy & Security’ settings of your web browser. As shown in the below pic, click the ‘Site Settings’ option to view the information related to the internet data.



Step 8
Select the ‘Cookies’ option

Under the ‘Site Settings’ section, you will find setting options like location, cookies, camera, microphone, etc. Here, click the ‘Cookies’ option to manage the cookies data of your web browser



Step 9
Use the toggle switch to ‘Block the cookies’

Now, you need to use the toggle switch to ‘Block the cookies’ as shown below. Once you do this, the cookies feature will be disabled unless you turn it on again



Step 10
Click ‘See all cookies and site data’ option

Scroll down and click the ‘See all cookies and site data’ option to view the cookies data that were already stored.



Step 11
Click ‘Remove All’

Now, you can view the cookies and site data that were already stored. In order to remove the stored cookie data, click the ‘Remove all’ option.



‘You can now block all cookies from your web browser by following the above steps’
