How to block update notification

Stinkin worthless piece of garbage Malwarebytes randomly keeps telling me to update every couple minutes, and i was play custom zombies on WAW and suddenly the thing minimizes my game and ask me to update, which causes WAW to crash and kicks me and my friend off making us lose all progress..........

How do i block the update notification from coming up? I can't update it because I don't have the admin password and I can't get it right now. I can't play WAW if the thing is just gonna keep crashing me. Help?

Then turn it off. Avoid going to any unknown at the meantime and turn Malwarebytes back on when finish.
