[SOLVED] How to block youtube but allow educational category?

My college library blocks youtube but allows youtube education.
Is there any way we can do it ourself? Host file won't work as it completely blocks youtube.

Many schools use GoGuardian (or similar tools) to blacklist YouTube, while whitelisting the YouTube Education Channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQFKQXI3EhSSWSwODomZ_aw) specifically; with whitelist rules taking precedence over blacklist rules.

You may be able to accomplish this with certain firewall solutions, and that is something that you are going to have to test, yourself, in your specific environment.

It's not a special site but video category in youtube.
