how to boost skyrim fps

I have laptop that had these specification:
CPU: INTEL CELERON B815
GPU: INTEL HD GRAPHIC
RAM:4GB DDR3
So, i downloaded skyrim and I can barely play it on 30fps
Is there anyway to increase it

Skyrim is not really very demanding but that laptop is very weak for gaming.
