How to boot Dell 670 from CD/DVD

The PC recognized the Harddrive and DVD Drive. I setup to boot from DVD first, but when I turn it on, it booted directly from Harddrive and went direct to window. Please help.

It's very easy to miss the three second chance to "press any key to boot from CD" that the XP CD throws up but if you're sure you didn't see that, the possibility is the disk isn't being recognised as being bootable.
