I have a HP2000 notebook PC. It is running Windows 8.1. I'm having trouble finding out how to boot the computer from a live usb. I'm trying to boot into a program that is on the live USB called Backtrack 5 R3. If anyone could give me some info on how to that would be great.

You'll need Backtrack in ISO format

Software to set up your Flash Drive

http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/
Scroll down to 'Download YUMI'
Insert your Pendrive and note it's Drive Letter (Important!)
Run the software once downloaded
Select the correct Drive Letter
Scroll down the list of Distros to Backtrack
Browse to the location of your ISO
Follow instructions to create bootable Flash drive
