How to Boot from a live USB on windows 8.1

I have a HP2000 notebook PC. It is running Windows 8.1. I'm having trouble finding out how to boot the computer from a live usb. I'm trying to boot into a program that is on the live USB called Backtrack 5 R3. If anyone could give me some info on how to that would be great.

You can set the boot order in the bios to boot from a usb first:

Or you can hit F9 as it boots to manually select the drive:
