now i must install fresh installation with UEFI option from bios right ?

did you know any app for install windows from usb with UEFI option ?
The reason that you could not do a UEFI install with W10 is that both of your drives are MBR partitioned. But as USAFRet said you need a CPU that is compatible and DX12 support.

I really wouldn't be concerned. Windows 10 will be supported for over 4 more years and Windows 11 is not something that you must have. If your computer is doing what you need just keep using it.
Open a command prompt window and type:
diskpart
list disk
Then look to see if the disks are GPT partitioned -- they will have and asterisk under the GPT column.
I am guessing that they are not. You should be able to do a clean installation with your bios set to UEFI once you change the m.2 to GPT if it is MBR.
