How to boot into AtiWinFlash with USB?

How can I create a bootable usb to boot into atiwinflash?

do i drag the folder with atiwinflash into the bootable usb or just the files?

Download and open the program I linked, open it, and burn the AtiWinFlash exe file onto the USB just like we do with songs or videos.

I copied the .exe file onto the usb but when i try I click on the USB drive in the boot menu it sill boots windows for some reason.

You don't have to copy it, you have to burn it on the USB using the mentioned software.

Sorry, but when I use rufus it says "Create a bootable disk using an .iso file or dd image". I don't see how I should burn it. Thanks.

Why do you want to create bootable USB in first place, you can just run it in the OS.

sorry but it's a long story lol, all i need right now is to boot into atiwinflash.
