[SOLVED] How to boot M.2 PCIE Drive (in PCI Card)

My Motherboard is Asus Deluxe X79 and there is no slot for M.2 , so i bought a PCI converter and i connect it and its work as a secondary drive not as a windows Drive
I really need to make this Drive for windows but its totally not visible on bios setup
so how to make it visible in bios setup so i can install windows on it
