how to boot remix os (live usb) on surface 3

Hi trying to boot a live usb on my surface 3 but im kinda lost

there is a special sequence and timing of buttons you press and hold to get tablets/phones to boot from anything but the main drive. google surface 3 boot menu and the first Microsoft site has the instructions for the surface series.
