[SOLVED] How to boot up new gaming pc?

So I just booted up my new gaming rig (the only thing I’m missing is a Windows 10 copy and a monitor, so I’m using my TV.) and I got the ‘Reboot and Select proper Boot device, insert Boot media in selected Boot device and press a key.’
I read this has something to do with needing a Windows 10 CD, but my case does not support a CD player so I don’t have one. Do I use a flash drive??.. Can I get the copy online instantly instead of ordering it and then waiting for a physical copy to arrive, because I’d rather purchase it from Amazon or something and get it faster. Thanks.

Edit: read my case supports an optical drive? I’m confused! (It’s a Cougar Panzer Evo RGB). Cant seem to find much info on it but it seems like an optical drive would fit!

You need a USB Win 10 install.

From some other working system, you can create your own. You'll need a blank 8GB USB stick.
Here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Boot from that, and install.
How to do a CLEAN installation of Windows 10

Later, you'll need a valid OS license to fully activate it. About $95USD.
