How to bring mouse up onto top monitor?

I have a stacked monitor setup, and to get to my other monitor, i have to move the mouse to the left to get to the other monitor, which i dont really like because it confuses me. I was wondering if there was a way to get the mouse to move up to the other monitor instead of moving to the left to get to it?

Right click desktop > display settings. You should see the picture showing both monitors. Click and drag the monitor above the other.

I tried doing that, and it doesnt move. Am I doing something wrong?

Is the picture not moving or is it just not saving? You have to hit apply. Windows 10?

I had it on the wrong setting at the time, i got it now. Thanks!
