How to bring parts purchased in the US to India

I will be in the US for a couple of weeks next month. I thought this would be a good opportunity to get some used hardware (not available in India) and complete my long pending system build. I have all the hardware planned out, waiting in my NewEgg and eBay cart. Then, I got thinking about the implications of getting the stuff back to India. As far as I can tell, my options are:

1. Carry as part of my checked luggage on my return flight
2. Ship it to India via Fedex(?)

The hardware in question:

1. Processor (Used; $170)
2. 8x8GB DDR3 RAM (Used; $130)
3. Motherboard (New; $300)
4. Graphics card (Used; $160)

This is for personal use alone. I want to figure out a way to avoid any problems at TSA and minimize import duties (this isn't meant for commercial purposes; will I have to declare?). Any advice would be appreciated.

PS:
1. If anyone is curious, my build is Dual Xeon 2670, 64GB DDR3 ECC, AsRock EP2C602, GTA960
2. This is my first post after years of lurking on this forum :)

It does support it. But 8GB of Non-ECC RAM would be just as good, if not miles better, than 64GB ECC for the intended purpose.

Is this for a server? If not then you don't want ECC RAM.

It is not for a server. And yes, I don't _need_ ECC. But I got a sweet deal on decommissioned ECC memory. 64 GB for about $100 is darn good bang for buck!

It is a good deal, but it won't work. This is like buying a car to swim. It will probably not even boot.
