How to bring the folder back after format of computer

hello i formatted the computer but now i want a folder which was saved on desktop plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me it is very important

If you've already reinstalled Windows, the data is almost certainly gone. If you need it that badly, take your computer to a data recovery specialist. It won't be cheap.

Go there and download Recuva, try that out.

If that doesn't work try out freeundelete. If you still don't find your files you might be out of luck due to your format.
