Tell me if Im missing something

So the CPU is still not here but does it come with a heatsink??

Im planning for what PSU to buy

Please tell me how to do it step by step

Then if already built the hardware we go to the software right?...

Is there already Windows OS when I start the tower?? Or should I buy it

If theres no os should I buy online for a disk?

a normal TV won't cut it, you need a monitor. Check your particular model and check if it's a monitor, TV, or monitor/TV hybrid.

As for how to build it: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-your-own-pc,2601.html
There are also plenty of other build guides on YouTube, so you actually see what the builder is doing.

Also, most CPU's come with a stock cooler/heatsink. But with intel (and AMD alike), they usually aren't that good, so I would buy something like a cooler master 212 evo.

You need to buy the OS (windows 10), and install it via USB or via a DVD drive.

As for a PSU, I would buy a 550w/650w 80+...

As for a PSU, I would buy a 550w/650w 80+ bronze or higher. Generally, the best brands are Corsair, Cooler master, EVGA, Be quiet!, and Seasonic.

Also, I reccomend you would get a SSD (120gb or 240/250/275gb) and install only windows on it. This will lower your boot time from about 2.5 min. to 50 sec. It also reduces loading times in video games.
