How to bypass UAC without admin privileges

Hello Community, im using my school-computer a lot at the moment, but they have put a admin password on, that means i cant start certain programs or delete files, i do not have a lot of space back, but i cant delete anything that fills a lot, so i cant delete sims 3 that i dont use for example. My friends have told me.
they know a method, that enables you to have administrator right for 20 minutes at a time, but they think i will abuse it, which i wont. anyone who knows this method, or just any method to bypass UAC. Thanks beforehand
