I have had this monitor for a year and have always used my same custom settings on the monitor. I have noticed the reds are very intense and they hurt sometimes but whenever i try and adjust it it just looks too blue or too green. These are my current settings: red 100 green 93 blue 97. My brightness is at 30 my contrast is at 50 and my saturation is at 75. I have downloaded the icc profile but some people said the gamma was too low. Should i download the profile and then make some color temp tweaks? Thanks

Without monitor calibrator hardware, like a Spyder -- http://spyder.datacolor.com/portfolio-view/spyder5express/ It is difficult to determine if your calibration is correct. Your personal visual bias may not like a "correctly" calibrated monitor, or your monitor may not be able to be calibrated. No way to know.
