How to CAUSE problems for a program? (Chrome)

So today I was playing Flight Simulator X and I minimized it as I had to go to the toilet. There were about 6 programs open to enhance the gameplay of MSFSX. When I came back, my father hijacked the PC in the middle of the flight, to browse the internet that will take more than 2 hours.... So my father opened up Google Chrome, since many programs were minimized, it took like 30 seconds for Chrome to start. He has many assumptions that he take WAY TOO SERIOUSLY. He assumed that their was low space in the hard disk which caused Chrome to take more time to start, and opened the Programs and Features list and BOOM he uninstalled EVERY DLCs FSX had..... he messed everything up.

I want to make Chrome run with MANY problems. Like frequent crashes, those Aw Snap pages etc anything...
Thats the only way to satisfy my vengeance.
