How to Chain Computers For a Cluster.

I've been building computer's for quite a while and been looking for a way to hook up multiple PC's and setup a cluster. I'm not really sure how to go about doing this and would love some info on how to set this up and what kind of hardware I would need. Any input from the community is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys .
